C & G Protective Services recruit security guard officers to work at our various client locations all over Broward County Dade County and Palm Beach County. Our Job Opportunity website provides you with the basic information and requirements you need to be aware of, and to help prepare you for a position as a security guard. We look forward to having you become a part of the C & G Protective Services family of Security Guards, Shift Supervisors, and Charge Officers. C&G Protective Services has three (3) types of security guards with responsibilities as follows:

Security Guards

Armed and Unarmed Security Guards at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Shift Supervisors

Shift Supervisors are not required to be on site. They are only called to come on site in the case of an emergency situation that the Charge Officer cannot handle.

Charge Officers

Charge Officers oversee the Security Guards, and delegates the operating of security posts. Any Security Guard can be placed as a Charge Officer, depending on their seniority of other guards working at a designated shift.

Our strong commitment to complete customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We have built our reputation by training, providing and supervising uniformed and plains clothes security personnel who are courteous, dependable and have good assessment and problem solving skills.

Security Services can take many forms and can be custom designed. C & G Protective Services Prides itself on providing flexible, client-driven security to address a range of needs. Some of the most frequently requested assignments include personal protection, event and conference security.
